The specialty of this project was the existing torso of an abandoned 20 flat project upon which the new project was built. One reason for abandoning the earlier project was the size of the flats, so we (and the Developer) opted for smaller units.
With restructuring the functions and changing the shapes and loadbearing structures we could create a harmonious ensemble with the character of a small township. The combination of simple straight roof forms, the stylish superstructures, solid balustradings and the specially formed staircases lend a special character to the buildings. Equally important is the intimate friendly courtyard in between the new buldings.
