Raiffeisen HQ6.2 Office Building

This building was designed in place of an earlier much larger project, the HQ6 building. Then there still was a chance to build something smaller with the same function.

Since this building was to be built in one single phase and the plot became smaller, the layout was different from that of the previous building. The two U-shaped wings around a triangular inner courtyard could have created some interesting internal space structures. Once the working drawings were ready this building had the same destiny as its predecessor (the HQ6 building).

So after the completion of the HQ4 building, we have worked for Raiffeisen Bank for four years on two really interesting projects, but unfortunately none of them got built…
