Stiebel Eltron Office and Warehouse

We were lucky enough to design a new office-warehouse opposite another similar one designed also by us a few years back for the same developer. It seemed obvious to build something similar with similar materials on both sides of the street, thus creating a new „gateway” to the street in this otherwise architecturally heterogeneous area.

Stiebel Eltron are industry leaders in the renewable energy business, so we used soil heat pumps for heating and cooling in the building. The energy efficiency of the building is Class A+.

Exposed concrete walls and ceilings internally (for surface heating and cooling), while rendered outer walls, steel insulating panels and a low-key colour scheme are the key elements of the design.
